Dear Member,

Thank you for your continued support of Whitehaven Golf Club during this difficult time.

We are aware that you will obviously be concerned about payment of your subscriptions, whether in full or by direct debit.

We would like to inform you of the following;

  1. If you pay by direct debit, the payment run for the 1st April has been processed and we are unable to stop this now. If you would like to stop your payment, please contact your bank as soon as possible to cancel your direct debit. After the 1st of April no further direct debit payments will be processed until further notice.
  2. If you have paid in full, all memberships will be frozen until further notice. Your membership amount for the year will be adjusted accordingly when the course reopens.
  3. Our greens staff are continuing to work on the course keeping the greens and fairways cut, so that once we receive the go ahead the course will be ready to play.

We will try to keep you up to date with further developments as soon as we can.
